I went to the website just after business hours and called the #-and when the voicemail came on merely hung up. Within 5 minutes I received a call from the sweetest woman, Jennifer who took the time to check the schedule and fit me in the next day. I immedietly tried to shave and shower in preparation only to find that I had no hot water and the tub wasn't draining properly. I tried to fix both isuues to no avail all evening into the wee hours and ended up having to cancel by text. Early in the morning I received a reply and was offered to reschedule for another time. While my husband continued to work on the plumbing problem I recheduled the appt and also had time to "google" tips and suggestions for spray tanning in general. As a post menopausal woman who still sweats profusely-I mean dripping wet puddles, I made the mistake of reading my online search results in front of my husband. He wasn't happy with the idea in the first place but after hearing that it may become streaky and cause transferance to sheets and clothing for those who sweat like I do- He told me NOT to do it. Once again I had to cancel and asked for at least the gratuity included in the online payment to be returned. Once again Jennifer took the time to explain that there was 1 type of session that allowed me to be able to shower immedietly after to avoid the customary results for people like me and although I had no doubt to disbeliever her- My husband refused. In the end- Not only did Jennifer facilitate my gratuity refund BUT THE ENTIRE amount paid- despite the short notice. Clearly a sign of integrity and professionalism that is RARE these days. I am rebooking as a gift for my girlfriend who uses self tanner in the near future. I highly recomment the service and Jennifer as she knows what she is doing and has the integrity to back it up.

Jennifer is seriously amazing! My spray tan always looks fabulous and lasts so long. She is punctual and reliable and makes getting a spray tan so effortless and easy! I can’t recommend her enough!!!

This was my first spray tan and she explained everything in detail from what to do to prepare for my tan to each step during my tan. She made me feel so comfortable. I am definitely going to keep getting a spray tan with Jennifer!

Jennifer is very kind and accommodating. I found her through google at the last minute for an event I had. She fit me in and gave me instructions for before and after my tan. It was the first time I tried spray tanning and I can honestly say I will definitely be back! My tan looked great and Jennifer was very helpful. I love that she can come to your place or hers! So convenient. Highly recommend

I found Jenn for a last minute event and she was so accommodating from the start. Jenn has been so pleasant to work with and a one time need became part of my routine.
